The DEC support team also has extensive knowledge in Canadian market analysis and in the development of effective solutions for U.S. companies looking to develop or grow their export business to Canada.
Our team consists of 6 industry professionals and includes 3 fully licenced customs brokers. The combined industry experience of this group is over 90 years. With the full support of the entire A&A technical and operations group this team has worked with, and consulted extensively with, U.S. shippers in designing tailored program for the Canadian market.

By using our toll free number you can access a member of our team to assist in direct conference calls with your client or simply to obtain information to assist your client. Also at the request of a DEC representative one of our specialists will do an immediate follow up with a client to answer questions directly, provide information support or develop a solution.
Field Support
A & A Contract Customs Brokers Ltd. provides experienced speakers for seminars throughout the United States geared to promoting exports. At our expense, we will travel to your location and will speak to small groups of people. A good size for this type of seminar is about 30 people.
The audience could be a mix of people from the local District Export Council and representatives from the companies they are assisting in developing export programs.
We are also available to meet with these companies along with the DEC member to provide one on one export assistance or do company specific seminars at no cost.
Our area of expertise would be the export documentation, technical and transportation issues, the customs clearance formalities into Canada, providing consultation and developing tailored solutions to expand Canadian market opportunities.
Along with our corporate team we also have a field representative located in Pennsylvania.
